- Foster Growth: Support social, emotional, and academic development through engaging and fun learning experiences.

- Follow and Implement: Maintain Oklahoma licensing standards, assist in lesson planning, and promote healthy habits.
- Education: High school diploma required; a Child Development Associates (CDA) or an associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field is a plus.
- Heart: A deep empathy and compassion for young children, with a dependable, adaptable nature.
- Patience: An ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multi-tasking to ensure smooth school operations
- Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs., ensuring child safety and managing daily activities.
- Clearance: Must pass a fingerprint-based background check and a drug test.
